patio apartment: family fun and games by the sea
This apartment has a large patio right in front of the sea and is perfect for a family with children or a group of friends. The apartment provides comfortable living for four adults but one additional adult and/or child can be accommodated as well (please ask). The patio is enclosed by low walls and has a large lockable gate, making it particularly safe for children to play in. There is also a rose garden and a cactus garden towards the side of the apartment. The large outdoor area is ideal for grilling food and inviting friends over to dinner with a stunning view of the sea.
The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and the other with two single beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom just across the hall. There is a living room and dining area that can comfortably seat 4-6 people. The apartment has an ample kitchen and comes fully equipped with all amenities (fridge-freezer, stove-top oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee-maker and toaster in the kitchen; washing machine in the bathroom) and rental includes linens, duvets and bath towels for four people.
We rent year-round so the apartment has an air-conditioner for both hot and cold air. We provide some coal for the coal grill but if more is needed, coal is available cheaply in local stores. This apartment has a private and direct entrance to the patio.
